Currently, JewelMart ships all orders for free at our discretion. Most shipments are shipped standard ground, while in some cases air shipments are used. If the expedited method you need is not displayed at checkout, you can contact our concierge team and we will accomodate your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.

In most cases, orders ship same or next business day. Shipping speeds can range from 1-4 days depending on your destination address.

Tracking your order can be done many ways. After your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or text message with tracking information which can be used to track. Alternately, from within your customer dashboard or from the track order page on Jewelmart.com, you can also track your order without the tracking number.

The best way to order is through the website and can be done 24/7 365.

Technically, the answer is no. But without creating an account, you are ineligible for Carat Rewards and will lose out on other JM features only available to account holders, we call them "Members". Logged in customer or "Members" receive additional discounts sitewide with the Member Discount.

Carat Rewards are earned 1 Carat for every $1 spent. These rewards can also be earned be referring friends, leaving reviews or even creating an account. Carat rewards can then be redeemed at checkout after enough are accrued.
